We will be upgrading our primary administrative data store during this window.

We've thoroughly tested our upgrade procedure across our deployment pipeline, and against copies of our production stores. We expect this procedure to take less than 3 hours to complete.

During the maintenance window, customers will see delayed updates to their billing information & may not be able to access the Cloud Console (https://cloud.elastic.co/)

We're not expecting any impact on connectivity to customer deployments during this maintenance window, you should contact Support (via support@elastic.co) as usual if you notice any impact.
