Monitoring

We spotted a problem approximately 16:00UTC today with cluster changes in us-east-1. Engineers engaged in troubleshooting and after discovering a misconfiguration, were able to resolve provisioning problems. We are currently monitoring the situation to ensure that all cluster changes and provisions are working successfully.
